Products we already source, including slippers and T-shirts, can be purchased without a separate sourcing commitment fee or sourcing subscription. Normal product and order charges apply. Need a product outside our current range? Custom sourcing involves supplier research, price checks and comparisons, quotation preparation, checking shipping rates and factory visits where needed. This takes dedicated staff time and resources. Before we begin custom sourcing, you can choose either: 1. A sourcing subscription that covers your request; or 2. A one-time sourcing commitment fee for the agreed work. We will confirm the scope, subscription coverage or one-time fee in USD before you pay. Custom sourcing begins once the applicable subscription or one-time fee is paid. If you already have a suitable active subscription, no separate commitment fee is required for work covered by your plan. If you choose the one-time fee and proceed with an order, it is credited toward the agreed sourcing service fee. If you do not order after the agreed research is completed, the fee covers the work carried out.
